You're someone who’s done the work. You’re emotionally intelligent, insightful, and self-reflective. You’ve unpacked your relationship patterns, read the self-help books, maybe even gone to therapy or counseling. And still… when it comes to love, things can feel unclear. Many of my clients and students wonder:
Why do I keep attracting the same patterns in love, even though I know better?
Is this spark real, or is it just my anxiety talking?
How can I trust myself in relationships without losing who I am?

The Secure in the Spark Challenge is a live, 5-day journey where you’ll experience art-making, guided visualizations, and mindset practices to walk you through 4 seasons of healing:

Unlike traditional advice that stays in your head, this challenge uses tools that create change where attachment patterns really live — in your body, your emotions, and your imagination.

Expressive Arts Activities: creative exercises that give form to your inner world.

Somatic Visualizations: guided journeys to help you embody new patterns.

Mindset Reframes: practices to shift old beliefs into new truths.

I know what it feels like to grow up unsure if love is safe. As a child of divorce raised in financial hardship, achievement became my armor, but it couldn’t protect me from the heartbreak of divorce, single motherhood, and profound loss.
Those struggles became my turning point. Through family illness, a devastating breakup, and miscarriage, I was led into a deep exploration of attachment, grief, and the ways we can heal what feels unhealable.
Now I help others find the security I once longed for. As a licensed creative arts therapist, author, and teacher, I’ve built courses and a global community that remind us: it’s possible to transform pain into power and create love that truly feels safe.
