When Relationships Feel Hard, You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone

Many people begin therapy feeling emotionally overextended, stuck in repeating relationship dynamics, or unsure how to trust their own needs and feelings. You may be highly self-aware, insightful, and capable, yet still notice anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional strain showing up in close relationships.

This psychotherapy experience offers a collaborative space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build steadier emotional ground. Our work focuses on awareness, regulation, and integration over time.

Therapy is not a quick fix. It is a process of developing self-trust, emotional resilience, and greater clarity in how you relate to yourself and others.

You May Be Seeking Support If You…

  • Notice repeating relationship patterns that feel difficult to shift

  • Experience relationship anxiety, overthinking, or emotional reactivity

  • Tend to people-please, over-function, or take on emotional responsibility for others

  • Feel unsure how to set boundaries without guilt or fear

  • Struggle with self-doubt, shame spirals, or emotional overwhelm

  • Want a therapy experience that integrates insight with embodied work

What We’ll Explore Together

  • Increasing emotional awareness and regulation

  • Understanding attachment patterns and relational dynamics

  • Developing clearer boundaries and healthier communication

  • Processing relationship stress, grief, or major life transitions

  • Strengthening self-trust and internal stability

  • Exploring emotions through expressive and somatic practices, when helpful

  • Treatment goals are defined collaboratively and revisited throughout our work together.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach is attachment-informed, relational, and individualized. Sessions may include talk therapy alongside creative or body-based practices, depending on your needs and preferences.

My work is informed by Soul-Centered Security®, a trademarked framework I developed to describe the integration of attachment awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust. Within psychotherapy, this framework helps guide pacing, safety, and the development of internal stability over time.

Attachment-Informed Psychotherapy

Explore how attachment patterns influence communication, emotional responses, and relationships.

Expressive Arts Techniques

Support emotional clarity and expression through creative, non-verbal therapeutic practices. No artistic skill required.

Somatic & Nervous System–Informed Practices

Develop greater awareness of bodily sensations and stress responses to support emotional regulation and resilience.

Session Structure

Sessions are individual 60-minute psychotherapy appointments held via telehealth only. This is a process-based therapy experience, and outcomes vary depending on individual history, goals, and engagement. You will need to have your own art supplies.

Availability and Constraints

Services are available to residents of states where I am licensed (New York state). This practice does not provide crisis or emergency mental health care. We will provide referrals to additional or specialized services when clinically appropriate.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore fit, answer questions, and discuss next steps.

Psychotherapy services are available as private pay or insurance-based care (through Headway), subject to plan coverage and eligibility.
