This psychotherapy experience offers a collaborative space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build steadier emotional ground. Our work focuses on awareness, regulation, and integration over time.
Therapy is not a quick fix. It is a process of developing self-trust, emotional resilience, and greater clarity in how you relate to yourself and others.

Treatment goals are defined collaboratively and revisited throughout our work together.
My approach is attachment-informed, relational, and individualized. Sessions may include talk therapy alongside creative or body-based practices, depending on your needs and preferences.
My work is informed by Soul-Centered Security®, a trademarked framework I developed to describe the integration of attachment awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust. Within psychotherapy, this framework helps guide pacing, safety, and the development of internal stability over time.
