Does This Count As Psychotherapy, And Will My Insurance Cover It?

This content is not considered psychotherapy, and it is not covered under insurance, but we anticipate you will experience some psychotherapeutic benefit, in the realms of self help and personal growth.Important to note: If you are struggling with active psychosis, severe mental illness, self harming behaviors, suicidality, or recent hospitalization, we do not advise consuming this content without the supervision of a licensed, trauma-informed psychotherapist.

What If I Sign Up But Then Change My Mind?

What Is The Time Commitment?

We will meet for 7 weeks, for 1 hour per week to explore the curriculum content. This will include primarily a psycho-educational lecture in the beginning, followed by an interactive experiential activity, followed by breakout room discussions, and then additional Q&A. You will also be invited to participate in two, bonus "hot seat" events during this time, to dive deeper into experiential activities and offer group support to volunteer students.

How Long Do I Have Access To The Materials?

This purchase includes 6 months access to the live replays, and lifetime access to the pre-recorded self directed course content and curriculum materials, as well as the the student dashboard for monthly live Q&A events and the private student Facebook group/online community. In this case, "lifetime" means until the membership site is discontinued, Briana MacWilliam Inc. is dismantled or dissolved, or Live Events and Replays is discontinued from the product inventory. At such time, students will be given 14 days notice to download content files, before they are deleted from the membership site.
