I know what it feels like to grow up unsure if love is safe. As a child of divorce raised in financial hardship, achievement became my armor, but it couldn’t protect me from the heartbreak of divorce, single motherhood, and profound loss.
Those struggles became my turning point. Through family illness, a devastating breakup, and miscarriage, I was led into a deep exploration of attachment, grief, and the ways we can heal what feels unhealable.
Now I help others find the security I once longed for. As a licensed creative arts therapist, author, and teacher, I’ve built courses and a global community that remind us: it’s possible to transform pain into power and create love that truly feels safe.

Nope! Whether you’re single, dating, in a long-term partnership, or unsure where you stand, this course helps you understand your attachment style, express your needs with confidence, and build secure connections—starting with yourself. Many students join to prepare for future relationships or heal from past ones.
Life happens! We’ll set up your 9-week schedule together, and if you need to move a session, I’ll do my best to accommodate. I just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.
Coaching is a mentor-student relationship rooted in psychoeducation and experiential learning. In the Anxious Attachment 101 coaching experience, I act as a guide and facilitator—supporting you through a structured curriculum that helps integrate new insights, somatic awareness, and self-reflection into your day-to-day life. The focus is present-oriented, forward-moving, and anchored in practices that help you shift attachment patterns through embodied and creative engagement.
Psychotherapy, on the other hand, involves the clinical assessment of diagnostic concerns, tracking symptomology, and developing a therapeutic rapport in which the therapist becomes a participant in emotional projections and psychodynamic processing. It’s best suited for individuals needing support with severe trauma processing, mood disorders, or complex mental health symptoms.
If deeper trauma content, clinical symptoms, or unresolved patterns arise during our work together, my role as your coach is to gently acknowledge them, set clear boundaries around what’s within our scope, and refer you to a qualified therapist for more specialized support.
This distinction is essential. As your coach, I hold a structured, supportive, present-focused space where you can grow through education, reflection, and embodied practices. If and when something deeper surfaces, I’ll help you navigate it with care—and ensure you get the right kind of support to meet it safely.
